D. VANAUKEN, ESQ. Mia D. VanAuken graduated from Albany Law School of Union University in 2002 magna cum laude. While there, Mia participated in the Family Violence Clinic where under supervision, she represented victims of domestic violence in Family Court. Mia also was a member and an associate editor of the Albany Law Review. Before coming to D’Agostino, Krackeler, & Maguire, P.C., she completed a one-year clerkship as an appellate court attorney for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department. Mia is admitted to practice in New York State courts and in the United States District Court, Northern District of New York. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association. |
