RICHARD R. MAGUIRE, ESQ. HAS ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN JANUARY EDITION OF NEW YORK STATE BAR ASSOCIATION'S JOURNAL

COLONIE (February 1, 2005) -- Richard R. Maguire, Esq. of Delmar, a partner in the litigation firm of D'Agostino, Krackeler, & Maguire, PC, has had an article published in the January 2005 edition of the New York State Bar Association's (NYSBA) Journal.

Maguire, who concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation, medical malpractice, construction law, environmental law and all other matters involving personal injury litigation, addressed the effective and persuasive use of expert witnesses in personal injury cases.

NYSBA's Journal is published and distributed to attorney members of the NYSBA, the largest voluntary statewide organization of lawyers in the nation with 70,746 members.

A frequent guest lecturer at NYSBA, Maguire is a 1986 Siena College graduate and 1989 graduate of Albany Law School.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.  In addition to his work as a partner in the firm, Maguire is also a City Court Judge for the City of Cohoes.
