D'AGOSTINO, KRACKELER, BAYNES
& MAGUIRE OPENS SATELLITE OFFICE
ALBANY (December 13, 2007) — D'Agostino,
Krackeler, Baynes & Maguire, P.C., has embraced its geographical reach
by opening a satellite office in Ravena,
NY. The office, located at 130 Main Street,
is staffed weekdays and offers full general practice services including an
emphasis on litigation matters. The office was previously maintained by Joe
Rotello, Esq. who retired from private practice and entered the public
sector as an attorney at the Appellate Division, Third Department. The firm
has and will continue to service Joe's former clients and residents and
businesses of the southern Albany County, Greene
County and Columbia County
area.
D'Agostino, Krackeler,
Baynes & Maguire, P.C. was founded by four
seasoned litigators in 1997. Located in the The
Sage Mansion in Menands, the firm has six
partners and two associates who have a mix of legal expertise and are
admitted to practice in all State courts of New York as well as the United
States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Its two
appellate partners, meanwhile, are admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the
Second Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. For more
