DKM WELCOMES KIMBERLY SACK AS ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
ALBANY (November 5, 2007) — D'Agostino, Krackeler, &
Maguire, P.C., a general practice and civil litigation firm based at The
Sage Mansion, has named Kimberly M. Sack, Esq. of Schenectady associate
attorney.
A graduate of Cornell
Law School,
Sack brings more than 14 years of general litigation experience to the
Albany-based firm, including personal injury, insurance defense, and
product liability. Her diverse legal background also includes
commercial, environmental, corporate and construction law.
Prior to joining D'Agostino, Krackeler, & Maguire, P.C., Sack
spent the past 20 years working at law firms in Texas,
New Hampshire and New York. Most recently she was in solo
practice, where she performed a variety of legal services.
Sack, who holds an undergraduate degree from the University
of Colorado in molecular, cellular
and developmental biology and performed cancer research at the University of Wisconsin
before attending law school, was formerly employed by General Electric
Power Systems in Schenectady.
In that capacity she developed and coordinated seminars and training
programs, handled contract negotiations and project management, and
conducted corporate research and development, including the Six Sigma
Quality Program.
In addition, she has managed litigation and acted as general counsel for a
national insurance carrier, where she valuated liability and damages, and
developed strategy for further handling.
Sack is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to
practice in New York
State and the United
States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
D'Agostino, Krackeler, Baynes &
Maguire, P.C. was founded by four seasoned litigators in 1997.
Located in the The Sage Mansion in Menands, the firm has six partners and
two associates who have a mix of legal expertise and are admitted to
practice in all State courts of New York as well as the United States
District Court for the Northern District of New York. Its two
appellate partners, meanwhile, are admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the
