FIRM OVERVIEW

The The Firm was founded by four seasoned litigators in 1997; its principal practice area is civil litigation. The firm currently has four (4) partners, and two (2) associates, all of whom are admitted to practice in all State Courts of New York as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Since its inception, the firm has been involved in many trials, appeals, arbitrations, mediations and settlement negotiations throughout New York State. The client has always been the primary concern of the attorneys and the support staff at DKM. Its mix of legal expertise and attention to detail has quickly catapulted DKM to the forefront of the legal community, as the firm doubled in size.
